How is the delivery made?

Delivery is made only by express courier to the address you specified in the order.

We make deliveries to the following countries:

• France
• Germany
• Belgium
• Hungary
• Bulgaria
• Romania

Delivery costs are the following:

The estimated delivery time for any destination is 3-7 business days.

If you have completed the order by 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, the order will be shipped out on the same day; if you complete the order after 2:00 PM, processing will take place on the next business day and you will receive the goods in a few days, depending on courier congestion.

The value of the shipping is displayed in the checkout process, before payment, and depends on the weight of the goods you purchased and the country of delivery.

Several courier services can handle deliveries, including, but not limited to, Sameday, FAN Courier, and DPD.
